Ruvixx Expands Leadership Team for Global Growth

April 7, 2026

As the company closes Q1 with strong momentum, five senior appointments in growth strategy, marketing, creative, and regional leadership position Ruvixx for accelerated international expansion in Q2 and beyond.

Ruvixx enters Q2 with significant momentum, having made five strategic leadership appointments that position the company for its next phase of global expansion. The new hires – spanning growth strategy, marketing, creative, and regional leadership, reflect Ruvixx’s commitment to building the commercial infrastructure necessary to scale sustainably while maintaining the high standards that define its client partnerships.

“As we close out a strong first quarter, we’re investing in the leadership talent that will drive our next chapter,” said Steve Carroll, Chief Revenue Officer, Ruvixx. “These appointments aren’t just about filling roles, they’re about bringing in strategic thinkers who understand how to turn opportunity into lasting value at a global scale.”

Building the Leadership Team for Global Scale

Leading Ruvixx’s marketing vision is Olivia Jacobs, who has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive go-to-market strategy across Ruvixx’s anti-piracy and marketing services business lines. Jacobs has spent her career helping companies translate ambitious global visions into market reality, building the brand infrastructure and regional strategies needed to scale internationally. She has led cross-border go-to-market initiatives that opened new revenue channels, repositioned products for diverse markets, and contributed directly to successful funding milestones. Her marketing engines have delivered 300% year-over-year growth, and she has served as a strategic advisor and board member to organizations navigating high-stakes expansion.

“Ruvixx is built differently. We’re not just solving today’s challenges – we’re identifying the signals that define tomorrow’s growth. My focus is turning that intelligence into a scalable, global go-to-market engine that delivers measurable impact. I’m excited to build alongside a leadership team that’s setting a new standard for what’s possible.” ~ Olivia Jacobs, Chief Marketing Officer

Spearheading Ruvixx’s commercial expansion efforts is Hannah Elderfield Cramp, who joins as Vice President of Growth, Partnerships & Strategy. With over a decade of cross-border experience, Hannah brings deep expertise in building the commercial infrastructure that transforms market opportunity into long-term value. Her mandate at Ruvixx spans three key priorities: identifying and developing high-impact markets with the go-to-market foundations to drive sustainable revenue, building a commercial ecosystem that extends reach and connects technology to outcomes at scale, and designing operational frameworks that enable growth without sacrificing quality or focus.

“I’ve followed Ruvixx closely and long admired the conviction behind its technology-first approach. What really resonated with me is the belief that technology should amplify human thinking, not replace it. I’m excited to turn that vision into tangible growth opportunities.” ~ Hannah Elderfield Cramp, Vice President of Growth, Partnerships & Strategy

Complementing the marketing leadership, Ruvixx has appointed Katie Mahoney as Vice President of Marketing Operations. Katie brings over 20 years of experience leading B2B growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, and sales-aligned marketing across technology, consulting, and channel-driven organizations. Most recently, she led marketing and Adobe program strategy for the education business unit at a major technology distributor, driving revenue-generating programs and partner-led growth. Earlier in her career, she helped scale Accenture’s Specialty Finance practice from $40 million to more than $300 million through executive-focused content, strategic campaigns, and sales enablement.

“What stands out to me about Ruvixx is the combination of high standards, real collaboration, and a culture where people genuinely enjoy what they do. I’m excited to join a team with such strong global talent and a clear commitment to doing great work for clients.” ~ Katie Mahoney, Vice President, Marketing Operations

To elevate its creative capabilities, Ruvixx has brought on Scott Campbell as Executive Creative Director. Campbell brings more than two decades of creative leadership from the advertising agency world, including 20 years at North America’s top independent agency and a decade of strategic consulting for global advertising powerhouses. His portfolio spans integrated, multi-channel campaigns for Fortune 500 brands across broadcast and digital platforms—from Super Bowl commercials to influencer campaigns generating tens of millions of interactions.

“Ruvixx is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that brings human insight together with robust technological innovation. I’m looking forward to creating work that builds meaningful connections and drives real impact for our clients.” ~ Scott Campbell, Executive Creative Director

Anchoring Ruvixx’s global expansion strategy is the appointment of Shin Knowles as Head of APAC. Knowles will lead and expand Ruvixx’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region, bridging the company’s Silicon Valley headquarters with APAC’s diverse and dynamic markets. Knowles brings a rare combination of legal precision and high-growth sales acumen, with a track record of turning complex challenges into breakthrough opportunities. Among the highlights: revitalizing a high-stakes APAC project that had stalled due to cross-cultural misalignment and transforming it into one of the organization’s standout successes, and building a Japan-specific anti-piracy campaign from the ground up that translated legal risks into lasting commercial partnerships.

“Joining Ruvixx is a natural evolution for me. I’ve followed the company’s trajectory for a long time and have always admired their tech-driven approach. Building out our APAC presence feels like growing a business within a business, and I’m honored to lead that charge with such a high-calibre, rapidly growing team.” ~ Shin Knowles, Head of APAC

Together, these appointments signal Ruvixx’s readiness to scale globally while deepening its impact for clients. With strengthened capabilities in growth strategy, marketing, creative leadership, and regional expansion, Ruvixx enters Q2 positioned to accelerate its momentum and extend its reach into new markets.
